Overall, we had a good experience. Sales team was very helpful The installation team like was was timely, courteous, and professional and friendly.Areas for improvement are: 1) if a product has a design or any veins in the full piece, using a sample that shows that design would be VERY important. (The small sample we were shown did not display the veins) Fortunately, the finished piece looks great, but the “surprise” left a negative impression. 2) since you routinely install a backsplash over or around switches and outlets, it would be more professional for the crew to have #6-32 X 1 1/2” screws for reinstalling those switches and outlets.
