Ease of process, from beginning to end. Many options, no pressure sales, after selection, ease and speed on installation. Lifetime warranty on counters and cabinet refacing is great. Installation team Aaron and Gabriel were outstanding. We’ve worked with Brian in sales 3x and he makes great recommendations!

Exceptional customer Service from start to end. Installation was fast. The installer is a master at his trade. We have two area's where unusual customization In cutting and fitting had to be done, but he figured it all out.. I was amazed. Products are very high quality. A sink with new faucet had also been installed. There was an issue with the faucet that wasn't working as well as it should have. I called and the next day a new faucet was installed. Absolutely no hassles. They really do put the customer and their work first. Wed are very happy..

Knowledgeable staff from the showroom to the installation! Courteous and willing to answer all questions. Our new countertops are beautiful! Installers did a fabulous job. They were professional and cleaned up any mess that was made. They were also very careful of our cabinets and the backsplash we were keeping.

As a 22 year Realtor, I see a lot of remodels, new construction, etc. From this experience of using Granite Transformations, I see that the quality of work from beginning to end was great. The work crew, even though late a couple times, still got the work done and did a great job. They were extremely courteous while working, worked well as a team and the team lead was a great teacher for those less experienced and followed up on their craftmanship. They cleaned each day as they went and before they left for that day. Kept me informed for what was next in line as well. I am so thankful that my wife is happy... this process was better than I expected and will use my home as a showcase for clients, friends and family. By spending what I did on my kitchen, I will most likely get a 15% increase on the sale of my home within the next 5 years. That puts money back in my pocket. That's why I chose this company and this process.

Easy company to work with from sales to installation. I’m very happy with my new counter tops. Prompt, friendly service. We did, however have an issue with the island countertop requiring a repair to fill in some spots that were pitted. Two young men repaired it, I am hoping successfully. Time will tell.

We are totally satisfied with the salesman "Paul" the product and the installation. I do have one cabinet door that needs adjustment because it will not close completely on its own. The whole process was smooth. Bryan, Darren, Aaron and Isaac all came to do their part as scheduled. We had some questions about the caulk at the end and they came back the next day and corrected it without any attitude or problem. Our countertop looks very nice and we would recommend a look at Granite Transformations when thinking about new countertops.
