I have wanted to replace my counter tops for years but didn't really have the money. A friend told me she had hers done by Granite Transformations. I researched and made an appointment for someone to come to my home. Paul was great. I was leaning towards one and luckily, he had a picture of the countertop in a home. Once I saw it I decided I didn't like it. I had asked for an estimate from another company in Cincinnati and they wanted me to measure my own countertops and wouldn't come to my home. I knew then that I had to go with Granite Transformations! It was great that it was done all in one day. Very minimal clean up. Everyone that I encountered whether it was in person or by phone was courteous and very helpful!

The entire process from start to finish was smooth. Everyone from the salesperson, the people from the office, the guys that did all the measuring to the installers and plumber were very efficient and did excellent work. they cleaned everything up and were done in three hours. I am very happy with my new kitchen countertops, they are beautiful!!!

The service was quick and the outcome was almost perfect. Roger did a good job correcting something that was wrong (no fault of his own) and was forthcoming about a small nik he put in the corner of one of the counter pieces. He was able to repair the damage and fix the error. He was kind and did a great job with cleanup.

My wife and I were impressed with Granite Transformations from start to finish. We had 6 employees total in our home and all of them represented the company well. It was very obvious from the first sales call, to the measuring and template making, to the installation and finishing touches that we picked the right company to replace our countertops. We could've found a cheaper company but we went with experience and I'm glad we did. What a beautiful job!

We love the look and the feel of these countertops. We are so impressed with everyone we worked with from the salespeople, the template maker and the installation men. It is unusual these days to give a 10 out of 10 for the product and the company but in this case they all deserve that 10. Your product can work with imperfect countertops. The installation does not tear up the kitchen, or disrupts the household. The cost is relative to traditional granite/quartz countertops but is so much nicer!
