I absolutely love my countertops now that they are in. They are beautiful, they sparkle in the light and they make my kitchen so enjoyable! The sales process was great and the installation team did an excellent job.

The concept and procedure work quite well. There are some issues with scheduling. Since we have done many projects with Granite Transformations, it was good to work with previous staff. However when coming to the showroom, people don't seem to recognize old repeat customers, so this is an area that can be worked on and improved.

The representative who came to our house to show us the options available through Granite Transformations was very nice, and not pushy. Now that the job is done, we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. It not just transformed the appearance of our kitchen, but that whole part of the house is brighter and looks so much better.
