I was pleasantly surprised by this whole operation from start to finish. My project was well coordinated and they keep me up to date from start to finish. I had my Cabinets refaced and countertops upgraded to Trend surfaces. After the order was placed it took about a month for the materials to come in and the counter tops made. (The counter tops fit perfectly and they went over my existing countertops). It took three days to remove the old cabinets doors and drawers and reface the cabinets and install new doors and drawers. One additional day to install the new countertops and the countertops are awesome. Granite Transformations did a fine job for here in Southport, NC

Wanted to replace my kitchen countertop; however, did not want to go through a 3-day process of chopping out the old granite and whatever else replacement required. Also love the fact that I can still use a glass cleaner with ammonia, other options you could not. Granite counter patterns are a bit too busy. Quartz has many limitations on use. The e-stone counter is perfect. As for the installers - perfection from start to finish. The 2 gentlemen installed the countertop as if it was going in their own home. Very pleased

My wife and I love the color veins within the stone itself. The counter top goes well with the color of our kitchen cabinets and brightens up the whole kitchen. It has a very elegant look and feel to it with a reasonable price tag . The whole process was trouble and hassle free. First of all, the counter-top product is an excellent quality product. We are very satisfied with it, and it transformed not only our entire kitchen, but our whole house. We love it! The workers were first rate, as well, and, in addition, supervisor Nora, in particular, consistently went above and beyond any expectations to leave us with a stunning transformation. Very detail oriented. We were not aware of any chemical smell with the installation. However, because we were covering granite, the sanding and grinding of it created lots of micro dust. Despite all efforts by the installation crew to cover and tape cabinets and passage ways to other rooms with plastic and painter's tape, it took 3 days to clean the majority of dust away. I understand this occurs only with granite as the base - formica or wood base countertops had effectively little or none. Quality product!!!!

We (& many others) love our indigo blue recycled quartz countertops. Granite Transformations was the only company we could find in eastern North Carolina who provided this lovely & durable product. Staff were organized, hard working, knowledgeable & wanted our satisfaction. There were some issues that were addressed fairly, corrected & done so as timely as possible. We are pleased customers & would utilize their services again.

Look,if you want a great product and don't want the hassle of a tear out, Granite Transformations is the way to go. Keep up what your company is doing. Great job guys!!!

Va The selling Point for us was getting it done in one day. Plus the selection that we ordered fit what we wanted. The installation on the day of, which was 17 September, was overseen by Nora,and Frederick and another gentleman whose name escapes me. I need a call out to Nora. She was great! Very businesslike and just got things done. She was very quick, very efficient and very professional. I am impressed with her and her crew.

We were happy with the workmanship and the effort to control dust. Workers were punctual, well mannered, and explained the process. The cabinets and drawers are sturdy and attractive. However, all the cabinet doors {16} have paper labels that were not removed, and we are concerned we will damage the doors removing them. We are awaiting someone to remove them. I would suggest for future jobs you use peel off stickers or give instructions on how to remove them without damaging the cabinets Peeling them and soap and water did not work.. There were a couple of places where sanding exposed wood and required some touch up paint. Not a big issue. If there is an easy way to remove stickers let us know.
