Grant Berakovich did a great job on my house search. From the very beginning he was timely in sending me comps, setting up showings, listening to my feedback, and was always responsive to my concerns. Grant is very professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the market. I have no hesitation to recommend him to others.

Grant Berakovich is one of the best professionals I’ve worked with- in any industry. He is very astute, experienced, thorough, knowledgeable and highly trustworthy. He provided guidance, availability and transparency throughout the duration. He seemed to understand the stressors involved from his client’s (me) perspective. Therefore, I sensed his genuine patience and never hesitated to answer all of my questions. He also provided timely feedback and follow up. With that, he did an excellent job of reassuring me of what to expect along the way. In other words, I always felt I was in good hands with Grant representing me. On top of all that, he’s a genuinely great person. Ultimately, I felt at ease and and that I could just trust the process with Grant.

Grant was super! We met with him in early September and he walked thru the house and told us what needed to be done to show the house at it’s best. In late January I reached out to Grant and told him that it was time to sell our home. Grant and the photographer came to the house on Tuesday, took pictures and signed the papers. Grant texted us on Wednesday around noon and told us the house was live. By the end of that night 6 families looked at the house and on Thursday and Friday the house was booked from 10am to 8pm. The offers started coming in on Thursday and on Friday afternoon Grant put the word out that the house was being pulled from the market at the end of Friday night showing and at that time we had over 25 offers. We met with Grant on Saturday morning and he had to create a spread sheet to show us all the offers.
Grant told us what would be the best for us and my wife and I picked the best offer. Grant was so helpful and truly a professional at his job. My wife and I where in a state of shock with all of the interest in our home, Grant felt it would do well but was not going to be over excited until the showings and offers came in.
