What I like about these guys is that they addressed my complaint immediately and made sure my complaint was addressed. My first review for Green Pest had a low rating because I wasn't satisfied with their second follow-up service, but they called me immediately to address the issue and offered me a solution that I felt was fair and was able to accept. I guess, ultimately, that's what is going to matter in a pest service provider since all of them - all the different pest service companies - offer similar pesticide control process and materials.
