There is always someone to answer the phone and the customer service reps are polite and knowledgeable. The service people coming to our house have arrived on time (within the 2 hour window given to us) and are knowledgeable and explain the various options clearly. The termite inspector was extremely thorough in looking for damage from termites. The cost, while not cheap, seems fairly reasonable for the level of service that is provided.
