The owners and all of their staff are wonderful, they offer priceless knowledge and top tier gear, they treat everyone like family and they make sure you get exactly what you need. I won’t go anywhere else as a new cyclist who has a ton of fear around the sport I’m thankful I found this shop.

We appreciate the courtesy of all the attendees who helped with the purchase of my e-bike. They were very patient with all our questions and gave us a ton of tips on how to care for the bike and the does & don'ts of riding. I flat out can't help but believe that greenies bike shop is hands down the best one in all of the Tri-Cities there may be other quality bike shops but they're certainly not going to be better than greenies I'm constantly recommending it and discussing how good of a shop it is with others in fact I was just doing that earlier today on a trip to Tri-Cities it's a regular conversation. Really appreciate the help, love the shop, love the style, love the info can't say enough good things about the people not only are they super cool but they're exquisitely helpful. It really takes potential stress out of my life so I can focus on other things. Thanks again!
