I had an awesome experience at Trek in Greensboro! Mary Ann helped me out and she was amazing. I originally thought my bike might be too big, but she took the time to reassure me it was the right size and made sure everything was set up properly. She even made time in her schedule to have her coworker help get the bike adjusted for me because I had mentioned the drive. Honestly, she was super helpful and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. I really hope management sees this because she definitely deserves the recognition—and I hope Mary Ann knows she made a big difference too. Thanks again!

Service shop misplaced the work order that delayed bike service, however instead of coming up with excuses, service manager (Michael) stated that they will fix the bike on the house and will have it done within few hours…. And he did!!! I know everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone follow thru to make it right in a way that makes the customer want to come back. I will certainly recommend this store and looking forward to building long term relationship with this store.

The selection of bikes. Their willingness to let me try out a few different bikes before making a decision. Setting up the bike and getting me Trek recommended set pressure for shock and tire pressure. No rush at all. Would buy from again.

Store has just about everything you could ever need and a good variety of different bikes in stock ready for you to take home. Michael specifically helped steer me in the right direction and was extremely helpful!
