Specifically the Trek Bicycle store in Greensboro- I would recommend shopping there because the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always so willing to help us understand our bikes and take the time to learn about us and our use and our needs and tailor their advice to our direct situation. They never try to push products onto us just to make extra money, they’re always so respectful and responsive. Truly an excellent bike shop with great folks who exemplify the best qualities of the Greensboro biking community.

I like Trek's warranties. I also really enjoy interacting with the staff at my location. When I first started getting into biking they helped me select a bike that fit and had some room for upgrades. Its been fun!

The Domane I purchased with the assistance of the staff has been exactly what I needed and wanted. They were very friendly and made the buying process beyond easy. They listened to my questions and my intentions to put me on the right bike for my needs. I felt welcomed and did not feel judged. I've been in some trek dealers who've been cliche "bike snobs." That was not the case here. They also helped me exchange a helmet for my little girl that was too small and quickly got my new bike ready to roll out the door. Thank you for being professional and helpful.
