We are a Trek family and have always loved the products. We recently moved back to the area and needed to find a new local shop. We found ourselves at Trek Bicycle Greensboro to upgrade my oldest son to a larger bike. John was our salesman, extremely easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and kind. We had a small tuning issue after purchase, I brought the bike back, John fixed it immediately and had my son out and riding that evening! My son absolutely loves his new bike, and we are very happy with the purchase and support from Trek Bicycle in Greensboro. We will be back!

The personalized service was outstanding! John was a huge help from fining the right bike, getting it delivered in time for the birthday and then fitting it for our son. We really appreciate all the help!

Michael was terrific. I had a repair that turned out to be much more difficult than originally expected. He kept me informed about progress and honored the original labor estimate for the job. He made a couple additional minor fixes and adjustments while he had the bike on the stand.
