Went to Greenwich Bicycles yesterday to buy bikes and honestly could not have had a better experience.
Dio and the entire team were amazing. From the second I walked in, they were incredibly helpful. Took the time to explain everything, super informative, not pushy, not trying to upsell, just focused on getting me exactly what I needed and making sure I actually understood everything and was ready to go.
They didn’t just hand me a bike and send me on my way. They walked me through everything, setup, fit, gear, how it all works, what matters and what doesn’t. Got me fully dialed in so I could walk out confident and ready to ride.
You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing and the people they’re helping. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both extremely knowledgeable and just great people to deal with, plus they have a really strong selection.
Could not recommend them more. I’ve already told a few friends who are in the market for a bike to go there and will keep doing it.
If you’re looking for a bike or anything cycling-related, this is the place to go!!!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Peter, the manager, is truly excellent—professional, knowledgeable, & genuinely attentive. He goes above & beyond to make sure everything is just right. The entire crew is friendly, welcoming, & clearly takes pride in what they do. The level of service, combined with their expertise, makes Greenwich Bicycles a place I would highly recommend to anyone.
