Peter and the whole crew are professional, knowledgeable, and clear regarding bikes and the servicing of bikes. They do not push things on you, but are not shy about telling you what is best for your bike. When they say, "I suggest you do this..." I believe they have my best interests in mind and this is why I remain a loyal customer. It is important to trust people. Thank you!

I highly recommend Greenwich Bicycle as a first rate place to purchase and have your bicycle serviced, I have complete confidence in the quality of their work and have never had to take my bike back for problems with their servicing.
