Good products, terrific service. I do wish the selection was a bit larger/broader. However, in fairness, due to both the bike market and realities of inventory costs, I really can’t complain. Also, frankly, I’m not willing to actually criticize a business that I know little about for how management runs its operations. The most important thing to me is the level of service. And in that regard, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Additionally, I’m extremely pleased with the product. I have no qualms — and, in fact, every intention — of recommending Greenwich Bicycles to friends & family & anyone else. And it will be my first choice when I decide to upgrade the bike I just bought.

Whether it is buying a new bike, fixing an issue, or upgrading components, their team provides outstanding service and personal attention every time. Great bicycle shop in downtown Greenwich. I drive 20 miles each way to bring my bike there because the shop has expert mechanics and repair parts in stock. I purchased my most recent bike there, too. The sales staff looks out for you and makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy great rides.
