I called I had questions after doing a lot of research to what I wanted and Jay was Terrific in handling all my questions. I never felt rushed or talked down to. He truly understood my needs and talked with me through my questions. The bike I wanted was in stock and I decided to make the trip from Trumbull to Greenwich on a Sunday to see the bike and meet with Jay. I was greeted by Jay at the door and the bike and a 2nd option were ready for me to test to be sure I was making the right decision. Jay showed me around the bike, fitted it for me sent me off into the wild to try it and when I came back he was there to anser any questions I had. I bought the bike and their service tech installed all the extras that I wanted on the spot. Terrific, Knowledgeable people, Terrific shop and a Terrific experience all around. I got the $60 lifetime tire repair which I hope to never use, a helmut, front and back lights, a rack for the back to carry things as well as a bottle holder. I never felt pressured to buy anything and will recommend these guys againa and again.
