I highly recommend Greenwich Bicycle as a first rate place to purchase and have your bicycle serviced, I have complete confidence in the quality of their work and have never had to take my bike back for problems with their servicing. Went to Greenwich Bicycles yesterday to buy bikes and honestly could not have had a better experience. Dio and the entire team were amazing. From the second I walked in, they were incredibly helpful. Took the time to explain everything, super informative, not pushy, not trying to upsell, just focused on getting me exactly what I needed and making sure I actually understood everything and was ready to go. They didn’t just hand me a bike and send me on my way. They walked me through everything, setup, fit, gear, how it all works, what matters and what doesn’t. Got me fully dialed in so I could walk out confident and ready to ride. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing and the people they’re helping. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both extremely knowledgeable and just great people to deal with, plus they have a really strong selection. Could not recommend them more. I’ve already told a few friends who are in the market for a bike to go there and will keep doing it. If you’re looking for a bike or anything cycling-related, this is the place to go!!!
