Used the groomer with an online coupon offer for the week. The groomer was wonderful! Did a great job!! I forgot to use coupon at first and the gals at checkout had to work a n it a while but they got it in and I got the 15% off. All goes well at Chuck and Dons. Highly recommend using them for all your pet needs. They have everything I need in One place.

The managers & staff have been welcoming, helpful, showing me where items are located, checking for rewards, helping get heavy products to the car when I’ve needed, & ordering products. It’s always been a pleasant experience & Ive shopped there for about seven years. I lived in Castle Rock previously & had the same good experience there.

I like the quality, and variety of your offerings and that they are well stocked. Staff are friendlier than when I first tried your store a couple years ago! Only a 9 because prices are a bit higher than another store I shop at.

I very rarely shop anywhere besides the chuck and dons on university Ave because of the AMAZING staff who treat my weird self and my goober of a golden like family. It feels amazing to be able to ask really anything to any of the staff and they always welcome us in with huge smiles and excitement. It's really amazing to shop in a great environment with beyond amazing foods for both my cats and my dog. I buy our kibble, raw foods, supplements, toys, treats (amazing selection for chewers like mine), and even just the little side things you need for cats and dogs. LOOOOOVE this store and will always recommend to everyone without question because it's worth the stop just to check it out. (You'll be back!)
