I Can't speak on all the technicians that work for Gregory's but I can say that Austin Forbes goes above and beyond when he is out at Brookberry Park Apartments. He always checks in when he gets here and keeps me updated on what treatments we did from his last visit and what we need to do this visit before we even get started on our pest control service for that day. Before Austin even leaves he has emailed me a report of all he has done and what needs to be done in each apartment before his next visit. When he started coming I had several tenants that were infested with roaches and now every one of those units are roach free and my tenants are so happy that they have cleaned up their apartments and been keeping them clean. Thank you for all that you do Austin!
