The associate who always come to my house, and whose name I think is Jason, is very friendly, doesn’t mind my two dogs!…and is quick and professional. He also answered my request quickly when I discovered I had some unwanted house guests..field mice. He did a thorough inspection of my house, set numerous traps and gave me some tips as to how to make my house near the woods less inviting for the mice. Excellent service. Thank you!

The service technician is excellent and very reliable. I would recommend his service to friends and family. The office staff needs to work on efficient communication. Our appointments have been scheduled directly with the technician. The office does not follow up or respond with telephone calls for scheduling. Recognizing that it’s time for a quarterly service, I’ve had to initiate contact in order to schedule an appointment.

We love the service we receive from Dennis. However we are frustrated by the lack of advance notice that he is coming. We used to be informed of our appointment time and now DENNIS texts when he is on the way. This is not always convenient.
