After having used the services of other pest control companies for our business for the last 10 years with less than satisfactory results we decided to give Gregory's a chance to help with our needs. Let's just say the results were immediately noticeable. We are completely happy with them. In the last couple of months I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Your rep was on time and helped me understand the process. I had this service years ago in Tennessee and one difference is the fact that you now replace rotten or new locations with a baited "trap" instead of what I remember was a simple non-baited trap until evidence of infestation is noted. Seems like a good plan - get them on their first visit.

In a word; Dennis. I’m not sure I know anyone better at customer service than Dennis. Certainly the product and results of the product is great. But great employees make great companies. He has been servicing my account for years. He always asks about my, now grown, children. He talks about how he enjoys his job and his customers. He is top notch!
