J'ai commandé un article en ligne pour un ramassage à la succursale Griffintown, mais j'ai du appeler à plusieurs reprises les semaines suivantes afin d'avoir un suivi sur ma commande. Un employé m'a avisé à chaque appel que le statut de ma commande n'était pas disponible. À la troisième reprise, j'ai pu discuter avec un gérant qui m'a confirmé que l'article était en stock et disponible pour ramassage depuis le début. Afin de me dédommager pour l'attente, il m'a offert un remboursement.

The store is overall very nice and is well ran despite being pretty busy. The service is pretty good overall but Nathaniel himself provides exceptional customer service and clearly knows his stuff. I’ve dealt with him a few times and it’s always a pleasure and I can feel confident in the advice he gives. He really goes above and beyond and takes the time to listen and makes time for each client despite being very busy which is understandably not his fault. I’ll definitely continue to go back to the store for all my future biking needs.

I’ve been going to Trek for tune-ups, and their service has always been excellent. When it was time to get my daughter her first “real” bike, they were absolutely amazing with her. She was between sizes, and the staff took the time to assess her needs and thoughtfully recommended the larger size. In the meantime, they even lent her a smaller bike so she could get comfortable. I highly recommend them—it was a completely positive experience from start to finish.

The service I received was beyond amazing! The rep I dealt with was extremely knowledgable, polite, and he even kept the store open an extra 15 minutes for me to close the sale. I will definitely be back.

I usually hate leaving good reviews because every time I do, my local bike shop gets super busy and then they don’t have time for me when I drop by! Lol. But this one definitely deserves it — 100%. I just completed my second Project One dream bike. The first was the Domane SLR7, and now the latest is the Madone SLR9 Gen 8. As always, Nathaniel delivered — and went above and beyond to meet all my requests (and trust me, there were a lot). So far, the after-sale service has been great too. I really hope he keeps up the excellent customer care. Like they say in French: jamais deux sans trois — so who knows? Maybe a third P1 will join the collection in the future. Thanks again, Nathaniel — keep up the amazing work. As a customer, I really appreciate it. Cheers!
