we received prior day notification of our delivery and had our driveway plowed and path to the tank cleared. when 5pm passed I figured we would not be seeing our delivery that day. but at around 530pm the truck showed up and the delivery was made. driver was courteous and good natured despite the very cold temperatures he ws working in. he was very grateful for the condition of the driveway and path to the tank. my suggestion for betterment would be a way to track our delivery in real time so that we could be sure dog is out of the way and vehicles out of the trucks path and know when to expect the fuel to arrive.

This was kind of a complicated propane delivery. Steep driveway in the winter. I had cleared it to the blacktop, but it can still be daunting. Hats off to Kim, Andrea, Cheyenne, and Melanie on the phones -- who helped us get this scheduled and then-rescheduled (I had come back from Michigan to this seasonal cottage in Lewis specifically to get the tanks filled). They were great (and I have a feeling that Walter down in Port Henry had a hand in this, too -- thank you). \Last, but certainly not least, Mike out of Plattsburgh), the delivery driver of the year, made it look easy on site, and was just such a great person to get to meet. Thank you all -- it is stories like this that make us a loyal Griffith/Superior family.

Griffith is a great company to buy propane through. great prices. Great service. I have no complaints except this past fuel season year the office has told me several times that my contract price was all set, yet I have consistently been initially charged a much higher price with each delivery. Each time, I have had to call the office to have the price corrected to my contract price, and told that the problem has been resolved, only to have the same thing happen again with each delivery. Also, my entire account history was deleted from the company website, so I have no access to my history. I hope that this problem is finally resolved in the office, but I won't be sure until my next delivery. Maybe it's a problem only with my account, but I have no way of knowing.
