The delivery gentleman is polite, careful as he moves to the propane tanks and always timely. When we have any question/problem and called for help the response from the company has been excellent!!!
The credit for switching the opinion for a budget plan and the service to switch out my old tank to you guys was smooth and quicker than I expected and the tank fill up was very quick as well so far happy with the service.
When i called to get a fill up because we were going away, she was very nice and helpful. I cant remember her name. She was in Pa. Our delivery was here the next day . I can go away with peace of mind. We also have a rep. Tom Tryon. He has been a tremendous help especially through our phone transition when you could not get through to anyone. He is always available to help, even when he is not on the clock. Tom is a true asset and I hope you as a company treat him and know his value to you.

Brian Whalen, service tech, did a wonderful job installing my heater. It was very cold out and I didn't want to lose everything in my studio where I paint over the garage. I am always happy with everything I have had installed. I am concerned about the new dispatching. I think the human side of the Ai is lost. I think employees are going to struggle. I was almost out in the garage and the driver was nervous when I told him our heat tank for the house needed filling too. They need to be able to make decisions and being right here and the house tank was at thirty percent he did what he had to do. When he was told I used to be the manager at Griffith for years and got permission I think he was a bit surprised. Do you remember Bob Lewis teaching the [FIRST NAME REMOVED] Affect?, that was introduced in Canada? Maybe you could dig it up. We had a great team.
