Ease of service. I sign a pre-buy contract once per year and Griffith takes care of everything from there. I don't ever have to worry about propane supply and deliveries. Pricing competitiveness. Griffith is willing to match competitive prices on pre-buy contracts. Staff. Shelley and the whole team have been extremely helpful and courteous when I've had questions.
