She really listened and didn't make assumptions. My hair has some wave and as it gets longer it gets straighter. In the past people have assumed that I wanted it straight and cut and style it like that. One of the reasons I like it shoulder length instead of long is because it has more wave. Nobody would say I have curly hair. But she asked me about it instead of assuming I liked it straighter, she learned that I like the waviness and taught me a little bit about how to style it so that it's wavy all over (instead of sort of straight some places and wavy other.) She's good, not too pricey, and the haircut took a reasonable amount of time.

I liked the head massages. I liked the way Lisel listened to my questions and addressed my needs. My hair feels and looks exactly the way I prefer! Prices are a bit high. Could you offer a lower price for only a shampoo and cut? Would probably only take 15-20 mins. For busy people. Or offer a senior discount for those of us older and retired folks. I had an eyelash lift, eyelash tint, eyebrow lamination and eyebrow tint with Haleigh. My lashes and eyebrows look amazing. I feel better when I'm not wearing makeup because my eyes have more definition. They look great with makeup as well. The first day takes a little adjusting to since I wasn't used to seeing my lashes and eyebrows. Just trust the process. It is worth it. Haleigh is a highly skilled esthetician.
