The Y staff are very nice and personable and caring. They have Child Watch so you exercise while the kids can socialize. They do ask that appointments be made for Child Watch. They keep the Y very clean.

Variety of exercises for all ages. It can be as intense as you like, relaxing, social and fun. Generally open all days of the week with very early hours or evening hours so you can adjust your schedule. Employees are friendly and helpful.
