I loved the whole experience but specifically the head rub n the dim calm area where I got my hair washed and one word MADISON she was amazing ill be back n iam sending a few other there im all about the GROWTH!!!!!

I’ve been going to Grow for a couple years and I love it every time. Ashley is an amazing stylist and has worked wonders with my hair. I came in after a horrible cut somewhere else, I was literally so embarrassed and ashamed to walk into Grow bc of how bad my hair looked. Ashley and Shane made me feel welcomed and cared for. As long as I’m in knoxville, I will keep going to Ashley and Grow.

I like everything about GROW! The concept of having tables is most convenient & allows me to work while I’m getting my hair colored, I can open my laptop & work comfortably. I also enjoy meeting & talking with other clients of Jill’s. The snack area has a variety of hot tea, water, coffee & snacks. This area along with the entire salon is clean & sanitary. Jill Evans has been coloring my hair for about 15 years. Her knowledge, talent & style are 2nd to none. I trust her not to damage my hair & recommend the best products for me. The Lanza products are the cleanest of any salon in Knoxville. I can tell a difference. Rachel cuts my hair, she knows exactly how to cut my hair for the best style that is easy for me to fix. She keeps up with the latest techniques and teaches me tips of keeping my hair healthy & easy to fix on my own. My favorite part of GROW that I look forward to each appointment is the shampoo room (lounge). It’s a quiet space with relaxing music & comfortable chairs. It’s not just a quick shampoo, it’s a scalp & neck massage that includes a moisture treatment. I look forward to my visits because the quality services from Jill & Rachel but the experience of this quiet & calming time also keeps me coming back. I would & have recommended several women & men to GROW… each are still loyal clients. I’m happier with my hair than I’ve ever been! Jona Garrett
