The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. You all don’t make me feel like an idiot. The bike pick up for my Trek Fetch was great. I called later to inquire about a set of keys that I found in the bike. A different person than who sent me off with the bike picked up the phone and knew exactly what I was asking about.

More than liking a product or service, the issue for me is "been there, done that". I've been depending on Guthrie for bikes for myself, spouse, kids, and grandkids for decades now. I've lost count of how many bikes I've purchased there. The key test for me came years ago when I had my eye on something or other, and Preston pulled me aside and gently brought me up to speed on the idea that what I thought I wanted really wasn't a good plan. Everybody out there has the shiny products with all the new bells and whistles. Not everybody out there has the best interest of the potential buyer of those products. These guys do.

These guys are great, sometimes I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to buying and then replacing parts on my bikes. If I have an issue like thinking I bought the wrong part, they’re patient with me and explain what I’m doing wrong, 🤣 That’s why I bought my last bike from them, I also bring my bikes in that have issues above my skill level, they explained to me what needs to be done, and what my options are. I refer all my friends to them, and yes I highly recommend them!

You had the relatively rare item I wanted. It was a premium price, but at least you guys are a local bike store somewhere, even if not local to me. Gotta say, when I revisited the site a day after ordering to find that the product was no longer available, I hoped that meant you only had 1 and I'd gotten it and not that you realized you didn't have any and were sending me something similar hoping I wouldn't notice. 10/10 Item recieved in expected condition and in a good amount of time given the distance.
