Fairly quick turnaround. The service was great. All the points of concern I had on my bike were addressed. My technician make great conscious decicions about what needed replacing, and took the time to even explain why, and how, and the potential pitfalls of not doing so. Overall it was a great experience and I'm glad to have them.
