The person I worked with answered my questions in a way I believe was honest and held up to some research after the fact. He was never pushy and I felt he valued my time, helping me through the process. The only thing I might have changed is that doing some research, it appeared as soon as the next day the new model of the bike I purchased was launching (at the same price), so I wonder if I'm going to quickly see clearance deals on the bike I ended up with, or if I look at the new model a bit of buyer's remorse. There's always a new model coming though, and that's something on me to research in the end.

Very quick on timing and great on price. I never feel like they are just trying to take as much money from me as possible, actually the opposite it feels like they are trying to help me spend the less money to fix my bike which makes me always come back there when I need anything done

Guthrie's is without a doubt the best bike shop I've supported to date. That saying a lot given I'm 60 years old, and started riding road bikes on the regular when I turned18. I rely on them to keep me riding fast, safely, and with a smile on my face.
