I’ve had the good fortune to be working out with Danny for several months, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is thoroughly devoted to his clients, and loves helping people get in shape and stay healthy. He designs fun but challenging workouts specifically for my needs, is flexible about timing, always encouraging, and makes it easy to enjoy exercise. I always feel like a new man after my sessions with him, and am very grateful not just for his expertise, but for his friendship.

Always on time with exceptional interpersonal skills. The diversity of exercises which address various needs, e.g., leg cramps, stiff muscles, trigger point relaxation,and strengthening are integrated in such a way as to provide for an extremely productive and beneficial experience.

Just started, but do like the prompt, professional experience so far.
Was a little hesitant when the trainer coming in wasn't the one I had the assessment with, but clearly there has been good communication about my concerns/goals etc so it seemed seamless.
I especially like that they pay attention and do a full evaluation to make sure of my body's specific needs -- haven't had a trainer do that before!

The trainer is on time. The exercises are varied but also tailored to the client's ability to perform them which is very important to seniors. Trainer has great interpersonal skills and offers encouragement while gently pushing to stretch beyond the client's comfort zone.
