After a wonderful massage it was wonderful to relax in the sauna and then shower in the locker room. The extras like aveda products in the bathroom make it feel like a luxury experience.

The shop always feels welcoming from the second you walk in the door; someone greets you immediately and it just has a relaxing vibe (the decor, the lighting, the pleasant scent). JoJo was terrific, and I love my new “transformational” style! I will definitely be back, will stick with JoJo, happy to have finally found a stylist I like after my previous stylist moved out of state.

Kind, responsive hair staff who are consistent. My favorite part may actually be the head massage with every hair wash and the ability to “add-on” a short service like a neck and shoulder massage to a hair appointment. Also, having the crux team Thursday special is a game changer! Love it for a little extra pampering or getting a great quality experience for my son with short hair (that I don’t want to have to pay a full price $80 to get his hair cut.). Win-win! Thank you.
