Haleh has been the such a joy to have as a real estate agent. Her knowledge of the current market, how much to listing's value, and how to tackle the offer/negotiation process is unmatched. She's extremely hard working and was timely in any of our questions and requests. She was very attentive in seeing homes during the week when we asked. And above all, she's very kind and relatable, making the whole home purchasing process feel comfortable and not nearly as terrifying as I thought it would be. Haleh Najafi is a terrific realtor. She expertly guided us through our complex and now successful move from North Carolina into Michigan. My husband and I are here for two years (maybe more) so we were in the rental market. Haleh was responsive, nimble, patient, and informed as our thinking about housing options evolved. Haleh was the perfect person to work with to buy our first home. We always felt comfortable with her and never felt like she was judging our choices. We really appreciated this since we had an interesting buying situation in that we were searching for a house from another city and were taking on a bit of a fixer-upper. Haleh was very communicative and would always respond to texts, calls, or emails very promptly. She would also prioritize our home tours on last-minute weekend trips to Ann Arbor. Haleh was there every step of the way, even during the inspection period when we were spending hours at the house with the inspectors and contractors who were providing opinions on the house. I'm glad to call Haleh a friend now that we have successfully purchased our first home thanks to her.
