Friendly staff, great service which exceeds my expectations - just serviced my Trek 1200 and made it like new! I love the location as well, right on the downtown bike path, and within the Farmers Market as well.

Friendly sales staff. Service staff, Logan in particular, friendly and provided good information. Quality of the service is excellent. Neither sales nor service are pushy. The store itself is cool and cozy. Not overwhelming like another bike shop in town. I will use Hall exclusively for sales and service going forward and I am already recommending Hall to all of my friends and family.
