We like the water and delivery. However, last 2 years we have issues getting a schedule to accommodate our days open. However, the reason for my contacting this site. Our delivery driver Matt is beyond amazing. When we are close to out of water we will call and ask for delivery. Matt always responds comes by and delivers in a timely manner. He always comes in with a cheerful attitude, very accommodating. Always, inquires if we need anything else and departs with a kind word. He treats us with very kind, respectful customer service. I hope others follow by his example.

The service was excellent. We received a call before they arrived. Installer was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything before he did what was needed to get the softener installed. I have been a customer of Hall's Culligan since we moved to Kansas. A lot of years to say the least. The water is the best, so refreshing, but better yet is the customer service I have received over the years. Everyone answering the phones has been very helpful, very polite and patient and our newest "Culligan Man" is the best!! He has really went above and beyond delivering our water and making sure we are very well taken care of. He has been a trooper, and more helpful than he knows, especially while my husband was recovering from heart surgery. He;s also great with our dog Mr. Wilson and really deserves some recognition. So I am here to give it. These are just some of the reasons I remain a loyal Hall's Culligan customer.

The customer service is excellent! Dawn is very responsive and will do her best to accommodate requests. They're easy to reach. When we had an issue with the machine, they were transparent about their process and the expected timeline of replacement. Great job all around!
