Customer Service is top knotch! I wasn't ready with my jugs the last time they came (because I had forgotten what day I was supposed to have them out) as I thought they were coming the day after, but they got me my tasty water, so I am good with it. I love the water and if I forget, all I have to do is call and they help me out. I do now however have 3 empty ones, so I shall put a note on them the next delivery.
Of taste of ur water is first. The delivery guy BRET real cool. The bottom loading dispenser is what helps me SO MUCH. I'm pushing 60 (May 1st) Everyone that comes to my place sees the Dispenser and says WHATS THAT. Then I go to work. Taste this, they say hmm good, not good enuf, now taste the tap water. A frown ALWAYS comes to their faces. I hope they call and order. One stopped with an empty gallon for me to fill. I did.
The man that came to change the filters on my water system was very knowledgeable and gave me very good service. The girls in the office have been so nice to deal with. I am very happy with the service I receive from Culligan. Karen Rhyne
