The service people are very helpful and do a good job. When my systems were first installed, I would receive phone calls when service was scheduled for both my RO and water softener systems. For the past several years, I am not on a call list for regular maintenance, i.e. filter changes, etc. I would appreciate have this scheduled service again.

The machine is great and keeps up with the needs of our office. We are heavy ice users, (an office of about 15 people, and at least 5 people fill up their whole cup multiple times a day), and extremely rarely do we ever get close to running it out of ice. Also, Hall's Culligan is proactive about filter replacements, and that is truly appreciated. Their Maintenance Techs do good work, and they leave the space looking like how it was when they got there. We enjoy the good drinking water, and the folks from Hall's are great to work with!
