I rated you folks too low the other day. I stopped by the Hamilton Y office later and had a great discussion with the staff over comments I had made. I am very satified because of how the staff ressponded. Often as a member it is easy to forget that there are so many moving parts. The Y here is wonderful. I am particularly proud of our community outreach. Kathy T and Caroline D are amazing and both deserve a big raise.

The y is a good place to work out.They have a variety of programs. It definitely helps your health and mental faculties. I have many friends there and the social contact is a blessing. The coffee is wonderful. I like to work out and play pickle. The environment is family oriented. I would recommend it to anyone.

The YMCA is a close-knit family! We have helpful graders at the front who can answer questions and help you find what you are interested in. it is a place where you will find many people who are dedicated to their job and want to help everyone who comes through the doors. For me they are family and I am sure that all people fit in!
