Hannah is a rockstar realtor. She does right by her clients - in our case as buyers she helped us immediately cross out listings that had severe problems, repairs, or complications for our funding. Despite such a fast moving market she was always there for us and helped us find an awesome home. Hannah has an awesome team. In particular we worked with Deb for our showings. She was extremely thoughtful when it came to discussing the features of the house and was a pleasant person to work with in general. I would recommend Hannah Duffy and her people to both buyers and sellers - they do a great job.

Very professional, hard working. Friends that heard me discuss plans with Hannah could not believe how much work she did to sell our house. They did not get the same dedication from their realtor. She is very patient and explained the process in depth for us, repeatedly if necessary. She was always on hand to advise during the whole process from the beginning stages of preparing the house for sale to the end of closing. She worked to increase traffic through listings and marketing and we had an offer within a week. I would recommend her to anyone who is considering selling their home.
