Service shop was responsive and made sure things were right! They replaced a rear brake, helped get rid of a front brake squeal, adjusted the derailleur and set all the tensions. Will return for sure!
I really enjoy the friendly and professional service. I bought a bike on sale last year and have been twice to have some adjustments made. The staff have been really quick and responsive to my needs.
Brought my bike in on short notice with yet more airline generated damage. Kenneth got it up and running in very short order and I was back on the road the same day. Absolutely no complaints!
This shop is an institution in Edmonton. Professional Service, Ethical Practices, committed Staff, community involvement and decades of expertise and skill in all facets of mountain biking sport, equipment, culture and instruction. I have been a customer there for 20 years.
Hardcore Bikes consistently delivers honest, knowledgeable, and personalized service. I've purchased several bikes here — including a Marin DS5 and DS3 — and they've performed reliably for years. What sets the shop apart is the effort they make to keep my older bikes roadworthy, including sourcing hard-to-find parts for my vintage Miyata 712. The team takes time to understand my needs, offers solid advice without pressure, and maintains a focus on integrity and customer service. It's a great place to do business.
Hard to find a shop that can tick all the boxes, friendly, knowledgable, accomodating, stellar bike servicing, stellar customer service. Don't let the name scare you off, it is one of the oldest and most consistent bike shops in the city. You might be surprised how many folks buy their first bike here and keep coming back. It's a tight crew and a real family operation.
