Service shop was responsive and made sure things were right! They replaced a rear brake, helped get rid of a front brake squeal, adjusted the derailleur and set all the tensions. Will return for sure!

Hard to find a shop that can tick all the boxes, friendly, knowledgable, accomodating, stellar bike servicing, stellar customer service. Don't let the name scare you off, it is one of the oldest and most consistent bike shops in the city. You might be surprised how many folks buy their first bike here and keep coming back. It's a tight crew and a real family operation.
