Hard to find a shop that can tick all the boxes, friendly, knowledgable, accomodating, stellar bike servicing, stellar customer service. Don't let the name scare you off, it is one of the oldest and most consistent bike shops in the city. You might be surprised how many folks buy their first bike here and keep coming back. It's a tight crew and a real family operation.

I went to your store after living out of province for 30 years. I thought my bike that was in storage for 4 years needed repair. It was thoroughly looked at, determined it was in great shape and I was not charged. I appreciate the attention to detail and honesty. For these reasons I will absolutely bring my bike back when I have issues, will shop here for my next bike and will recommend your shop to anyone. Thank you for your time and kind service.

I went to a different LBS on Friday and had an okay to poor experience. I went to Hardcore on Saturday and had an outstanding experience. I didn’t get the name of the person who served me but he was amazing. We discussed my needs and various options. I left with a purchase I was satisfied with. I will not be going back to the previous LBS.
