Kenneth recently went above and beyond the call of duty to get me back on the trail. My dropper blew out. I didn't realize it occurrd until after promising my 7 year old we'd rip some trails after work. Kenneth not only took on the challenge but had me set up and back out to make my ride. Huge thanks to him and the hardcore crew. Nowhere else in the city would service come close to this. Cheers Dave

Hardcore has quality product and amazing customer service. I don’t know much about bikes and they take the time to explain their products. Servicing a bike is also top notch and very fast. Overall a great shop and highly recommended.

The staff is friendly and service is excellent. They always do a good job on my bike. They will deal will the issue right away if it is small. like adjustment for the derailleur.
