I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside the team from Harper’s Cycling and Fitness during RAGBRAI, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Watching their mechanics work in that high-pressure, fast-paced environment was a masterclass in professionalism. They are fast, exceptionally skilled, and treat every single rider’s bike with the utmost care, no matter how chaotic the route gets. Whether you need a major eventside repair or just a tune-up back home at the shop, these are the professionals you want working on your bike. Highly recommended!

My bike had not been used for at least 4y. It definitely needed maintenance and new inner tubes. My bike received preventative maintenance and was ready for pick up the next day. There was an estimate of cost which was very reasonable. Great customer service.

Being a part of the small business community myself, I wasn't about to trust the purchase of my 6-year-old's first bike to anyone else but Greg. I could have easily gone to a big-box or online retailer for it and saved a few dollars, but his expertise in helping me choose the right bike, coupled with the quality of the product he sells, was a huge influence on me. Additionally, I know if I have any questions with the bike, he will be able to help me.
