The entire home buying and closing process was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Zach and Nate were both friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, and I especially appreciated their patience and attentiveness during both walk-throughs. Their professionalism and approachable demeanor made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

We had a delay due to a change in builders. Communication was definitely lacking. John Hicks was our builder at the end and he was thorough and had a great attention to details. Lindsey and Todd were helpful too.

I specifically enjoyed working with my builder Jason Carr and my Harris Doyle representative Kristie Cotter. They are both very friendly and made buying a house fun. They helped reduce stress levels as they arose. Jason was very good with customer service. He was able to address every issue that I mentioned. I felt like he went to bat for me on a couple requests that I made. He stayed within his company limits but he went to every effort and delivered everything possible to make his customer happy.

Great experience throughout the whole process! Sherry Jones was so sweet and helpful walking thru the entire process of the selection, design, and build! Meryl was so helpful to do the design with and really made the process as easy and seamless as possible! Chris was great to keep us updated with the progress of the building process! Was all around great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to build.

Henry was exceptional. Bethany, the sales associate, is no longer there, but was also fantastic. Britney at the front was another one of my favorite interactions.

Diane was wonderful and always answered our calls! So knowledgeable and kind. Taylor (builder) was INCREDIBLE! He truly went above and beyond to make our house look perfect. He always answered and was quick to fix anything we needed. We’ve sung his praises to all our friends and families and would build with him a million times over. We are very grateful for Taylor!
