Honestly our entire experience was wonderful. Diane was great in the beginning getting the contract completed, Haylee was great during the design process, and Chris Cosby was an exceptional builder. The process was seamless throughout.

The process from start to finish was planned out very well and was smooth from start to finish. Diane did a great job keeping us in the loop of what was going on and always being available. Taylor Whitson was our builder and can’t say enough good things about Taylor. He had great communication and was always very informative of the process and way forward. He listened to any questions we had and always had an answer or solution for us within 24 hours. Overall we had a great experience with Harris Doyle

We would like to commend Mark Moody for going above and beyond on all aspects of the buying process and transaction from start to post sale. He is an outstanding representative for the community and we will continue to recommend people to Sweetbay as you continue to grow Also, as a suggestion for the future, we see value in your resort community, adding Pickleball Courts.
