I enjoy knowing the facility provides programs for children to participate in activities. Very good turnout for workouts. Additional activities include, birthday celebration, bingo, health awareness and more. This facility is always clean and well maintained as the days go by.

I love the childcare availability; this is really helpful for a mom who is trying to focus on weightloss and getting healthier. I don't think I would have joined the gym without this feature. Although I've only taken 1 class, I really like the instructor--very motivating.
