I appreciate the communication that comes from the office, and I also want to recognize the team members who show up as scheduled and work very hard while they’re here. One additional service that would be really helpful is removing scale or buildup around the tile line and calcium buildup along the pool walls. I often find myself having to remove it with muriatic acid, so it would be great if this type of treatment were offered either as part of the regular service or as an optional add-on.
