Hayden helpful in finding prospective properties for us. He sent us some that fit our criteria and some that didn't. We ended up buying one that didn't, so it's a good thing that he went outside of our request. He was also very good at guiding us throught the purchase process. He patiently explained each step so thtat we undersood exactly what was going to be required of us next.

Hayden has helped us purchase two separate properties; both experiences were positive. He was helpful and available when we needed to have questions answered. Hayden is awesome! I chose him to help me find a home because he is dating one of my best friend's daughters. He was amazing to work with. We had some hurdles with the house that I found and he helped me knock down all of them. He always kept me informed from start to finish. He answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. WOW!! Being from out of state, we did not know anyone in the area. Our local realtor, Doris Purtlebaugh - FC Tucker, recommended Hayden. He was wonderful from beginning to end. He talked with us and was able to understand what we wanted, and he found it for us!!! We met in person one time to look at some property, that did not work out, but a few days later he found us exactly what we wanted. We bought sight unseen because we trusted Hayden. He went over and above, as far as we are concerned, to help us make our dreams come true. Hayden has a great knowledge of the area, and he understood our dream. Hayden is a wealth of information; his response time is superb. He made us feel like we were his top priority, and it was a wonderful experience. Very helpful. Took care of everything for a pressure free sale. Everything went smooth and there were no problems. Even when there where complicated issues with getting the house on the market, they took the time to research everything and make sure it was done right.
