Hayley was wonderful to work with in helping sell my mom’s house in Michigan. Since we were not physically there, we had to put a lot of trust in her, and she went above and beyond every step of the way. She helped handle small details with the home, kept things moving, and made sure the process was taken care of even when we could not be there in person. We trusted her to take possession and manage the situation, and she handled everything professionally and responsibly. Her communication, follow-through, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier for our family. I would highly recommend Hayley to anyone looking to sell their home quickly.

Hayley called me one day mid-September and at that juncture, she was the 5th realtor who wanted to list my Mom's house (we had it FOR SALE BY OWNER as of July 6th). I thanked Hayley for her interest and call, thinking that would end our conversation. She respectfully replied: "but can I please tell you what I have to offer"? Her confidence struck me as pure and and polite, so I changed my mind and said 'okay' I will listen to what you have to say. Hayley proceeded to give me her background and advised in detail her media campaign approach. So I agreed to meet in person to give her further opportunity to discuss her history of success in sales, especially with lakefront property. While Hayley did not particularly specialize in lakefront property, there was just that special spark, enthusiasm, positive outlook and cheerful personality that I connected with and felt that she was worth giving a chance to, in spite of having 4 other far more seasoned realtors that were much more qualified 'on paper' to take on the sale of lakefront property (2 of which were friends in the business and the other 2 that specialized in lakefront property sales). So I am thrilled that my intuition kicked in when she did not give up easily after I thanked her for her call and she pushed forward without being 'pushy' in asking me to listen to what she had to say. That is a testament to Hayley's determination, confidence, tenaciousness and devotion to her chosen field of real estate sales. I am very appreciative of Hayley's constant offers to help me with any and everything, from staging the house, to painting or cleaning etc...while I did not take her up on any of those offers, she was ready, willing and able to take on projects to bring the house up to market-ready standards. She gives 1,000 percent to her clients and with her positive outlook in seeing the virtues of a house instead of focusing on the negatives, Hayley won me over and sold the house in less than a few days from listing it... As the Trustee handling my Mom's home sale, it was a pure pleasure and delight to work with Hayley and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect fit to guide me in dealing with the 'ins and outs' of real estate sales. Hayley deserves recognition for her approach to getting the sale and her finesse in executing the handling and overseeing of the process from beginning to end. Thank you Hayley for all of your words of encouragement, your determination and bright light that you brought to this process, especially knowing it was challenging when dealing with heirs who are still so very tender hearted over the loss of their loved one. Absolutely outstanding! I am in my mid-fifties, have bought and sold multiple homes, and can say without reservation that Hayley is the very best realtor that I have worked with. She provided exceptional service from our initial meeting through closing (and even after closing!), offering insight and recommendations that streamlined the process and leveraged local resources to ensure the condo was in the best possible condition for showings and eventual sale. Circumstances required us to remain outside of the area for the majority of the process, and Hayley provided timely and effective communication regarding all aspects of the preparation and sale, answering all questions with clarity and offering counsel as needed. To say that the entire experience was seamless and easy would be an understatement - Hayley demonstrates skills and knowledge that significantly exceed her apparent experience base - remarkable! Hayley answered all my questions, toured the property, and provided good suggestions for selling. For the listing, Hayley wrote a perfect description, arranged for great photos, and promoted the listing promptly resulting in a great offer the same day! Hayley is very personable and makes you feel at ease right away. She was able to explain the whole process so we could understand and also answer any questions that came up between myself and my 2 brothers. Hayley did her absolute best to accommodate all three siblings. She actually went above and beyond trying to show the house with 7 people who had to leave the house each time, not to mention caging the dogs. I feel Hayley is the type of person that if I had any questions even now or down the road, she would make herself available. All three of us were very satisfied with her performance. Sure Glad God Sent Her To Help Us Sell ! Sure was motivated in spreading the word around... Rough ride in the beginning, but her and I always worked out our Kinks and Disagreements !
