Brought in my Orbea Gain for a software update. Shop was able to get it done despite running into issues but kept persistent and made it work after all. This shop is incredible!!! I didn’t have an appointment, my son had wrecked his bike on the way home on old Carolina. They fixed it in 30 mins. They also gave me some much needed advice on a bike rack that goes on my tiny trailer hitch. Love it here.

I ordered a custom Moots CRD Titanium bike built to specifications directed by Jared Nieters, The service and assembly was superb, and riding the bike today for the first real ride it is spectacular. Great Shop, Great Service, Great Bike. Every detail, all the accessories, the entire ordering and fulfillment--everything was perfect.
