The guys are always busy working on bikes, but still are quickly able to make time for everyone who walks in the door. The atmosphere is friendly. And the staff all rides and can make recommendations suited to individual customers. If they don't have a particular item in stock, they can order it while you wait. In short, they are fast and friendly. mw
