High quality products and every staff member we worked with were so happy to please. The staff took their time with each customer in the store and made you feel like you were a part of their team, not just another customer. They were always happy, knowledge and ready to help. Thank you very much Ryan for your patience while we waited for my order to be fulfilled. And thank you for educating me beyond my knowledge about riding and just bikes in general. I still remember the day you were not even on schedule to work but stayed around to make sure all of my questions got answered. That is what one calls Top Notch service!!!!

Haymarket Bicycle staff were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. We brought our child's bike for a repair and they had the repair made quickly and helped to explain better future care for the bicycle to protect our investment.

I love Haymarket Bicycles because they always tell the truth, and they always do great work. In the 10+ years since I bought my Trek Madone there and started having them (and only them) service it, they have often finished the work early--and they have never taken longer than the estimate. Also (amazingly) the initial estimate is always accurate--they never call later to say they found something else that needs repair. Finally, every time I pick up my bike, they have solved whatever problem I had, and the bike is beautifully clean and in perfect running condition. I just had this exact experience on Friday 28 June when I picked up my gleaming bike and early the next morning had a great ride from Marshall to Upperville and back. You all are the best. John Hood
