We weren’t sure what type of bike to buy for our daughter, but the staff member was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the bikes. His knowledge and clear explanations made it easy for us to make a decision. He also took the time to share the types of services the store offers after purchase, which was very reassuring. We’re very happy with our experience, and our daughter was thrilled and surprised with her new bike!
Super friendly, knowledgeable, and zero pressure.
We originally went in just looking for an e-assist bike for my wife, and we walked out with two--an anniversary gift to ourselves. I’ve been used to buying only “top of the line” bikes (my last three road bikes were S-Works, and my kids race fully custom BMX bikes), so this was the first time in years I bought something different.
The owner took the time to explain the different levels of e-bikes, what they’re best for, and gave real examples of riders, like me, who used to compete but had stepped away from the sport. He wasn’t pushing a sale—he was really making sure my wife understood how the assist works and how it can be turned on and off depending on the ride.
We left with two bikes that fit us perfectly, cost less than half of what I spent on my kid’s last BMX build, and most importantly—have us back riding together like we did when we first got married 27 years ago.
Quality work, quick teen around. Friendly staff. They did not make me or my daughter feel small because we brought in a little girls pink bike in. That meant a lot.
I liked that you had a well-curated and sufficiently varied selection of products, even if it was a relatively small number of items. As well, I was grateful for your ability to make small adjustments to our children's bikes and install the seat we bought, though I could tell you were quite busy. Thanks also for taking the time to orient me to some adult bikes. We'll definitely be back and will recommend you to other bike riding families in our neighborhood.
