Small class size. Instructors give positive, helpful directions and feedback. My grandson has had a very good experience with both of the classes he has attended. With that said, his class was only able to have actual "swimming" instructions 4/8 days that his class was scheduled. One day was a holiday, so class did not meet. Three other days there was severe weather/ lightning which evacuated the pool. I realize that the weather could not be controlled and I appreciate the precautions. However, I don't feel that he received what I paid for. How can I be compensated for the lack of lessons I paid for? Session dates June 16-19, 23-26

Andrew made my son William feel more comfortable in water than he has ever felt before. He was great with the kids. Ms. Cloe was extremely attentive to all the babies in my youngest son’s group. They are both fantastic representatives of your organization.

I enjoy basketball and swimming for my kiddos. All I needed was to put a hold because I am sure to be back in spring for swimming lessons. What I did not appreciate was being charged the non member fee for my child's basketball. I was a member when I signed him up. I pay on a monthly basis and never had to use it because kids weren't in a program at the time. But it was in a way my donation to the club without me needing it. I don't know if ppl take advantage and maybe pay one month and cancel it, just to get membership fee, but that was not my case.

The only reason we are leaving is that we don't need the children's programs or childcare in this season. Another gym is more affordable in light of this. Otherwise we have truly loved our time at the Y.
