From our very first conversation, Heather was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help us find our home. She was honest in her assessments of the market and we trusted her judgment when discussing offers. Heather was outstanding! She was beyond helpful in running out to check on the build of our house, grabbing boxes that arrived to the house before we moved in (and they were shipped early) and doing all of this for us when we were on the West Coast. She made a purchase we’d never seen in person before, feel like we’d been there numerous times. Absolutely recommend Heather and the Reinhart Team!

Heather was exactly what you'd hope for in a realtor! It's clear she has a pulse on the market and uses that to help you make informed decisions while looking to understand what's important to you and working to get everything you want and need. She is proactive in sharing information and answering the questions you haven't even thought to ask yet. As first time sellers, we couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience or better outcome! She also has a great eye for what properties "could be"; we can't wait until we return to the area and see what she has for us (she's already on the search!) Heather was my dream realtor come true. Her responsiveness was only exceeded by how thorough she was. She looked into things we would have never known to and was our advocate throughout the whole process. We purchased this home having only seen photos and doing a FaceTime walkthrough because we felt so confident that Heather was looking out for whatever we might be missing not being there in person.
