Friendly staff, but they could be better about educating on bike tech. The older guys on the floor can help the most. Young guys should study up and be ready to offer opinions.

Shopping at Helen's was a very positive experience. The salesman was friendly and informative and he did not pressure me at all. The store had a good selection of bikes at all price points. I ended up buying a Trek hybrid. I was given the opportunity to take the bike for a ride before purchasing and that was much appreciated. I also bought an odometer and water cage and a technician installed them right away.
