I like the fact that I can have a place to go and keep active as we age. I'm 85 and I feel like a
kid again. Thankyou for being there for us "old" folks.
I like that the Hendersonville YMCA has added additional Bodypump and other classes to meet all members needs, and freeing up space in classes so you do not need to sign up exactly at the time without being 1 minute late. I also like the addition of better qualified instructors.
The programs are led by caring and capable professionals, and I am confident that I’m receiving the best fitness advice possible. The atmosphere is friendly and a great place to make meaningful social connections.
Lots to offer! But classes fill so fast you can't always get in unless you set an alarm and sign up within the first minute or two. More spaces needed, perhaps larger area in the fitness room somehow. That's the biggest drawback.
I regularly attend Bill Abel's yoga sculpt class on Sundays and am glad to see his program has picked up a weekday session as well. I think the addition of E-Gym was a geat additiion to activities towards individual improvement especially for those on time limitations to get a focused workout in a timely manner.
