Dropped off my bike for a service the other day. Asked the sales person for advise about some scratches on the frame (bought it second hand on FB marketplace). He added the notes/comments in the repair/service docket. No worries here. But when I picked up the bike just yesterday, the person who served me couldn't tell me much about the outcome. Repair/service docket had the note on it to look/advise about the scratches but the final print I received after paying had no information included about the conclusion unfortunately. Store looked great; nicely merchandised and plenty of staff on hand to assist. Excellent service from Marty; very informative and answered all of my questions.
The offer to ride a demo bike is an amazing offering. When purchasing a car, you get to experience a test drive and sometimes lend you the vehicle overnight to give a greater experience. Riding a bike down the street doesn't give you a the full experience but having it over the weekend does. I'm very appreciative I was given the opportunity by Nadine, Simon and the team.

In addition, when I called a few weeks later, staff assisted me in purchasing bike and delivered it on the same day with very little notice.
I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. Their knowledge and assistance is great. Even the mechanics will give advice and assistance on issues is helpful.
Hendrys bike shop got my 2013 specialized Roubaix with a cracked frame fixed and repainted and is willing to fix my other bike that I can't do. The service was excellent and I am very happy with my Roubaix.
