My kids have been very well supported by their teachers and aids. All the teachers are very kind, patient, and want the children to thrive. We have been at this school for 7.5 years and absolutely love it. I always feel like my kids are safe here.

Overall very happy with Miss Shalane and her staff hence the rating. However, I do find certain policies around arrival to be a bit impractical and punitive. A tight 15 min drop off window in the AM with other schools starting around the same time is challenging and having to see a charge or email because your child was dropped off at 8:42 vs 8:45 is a bit crazy. Furthermore this creates a parking issue as all parents who show up either to drop their kids off to the earlier class or to another school end up staying in their cars until it’s 845 so this creates a really tight parking issue given the window.

I'm very impressed at how clean and safe Heritage environment is, and how much thought and care Ms Shalane put into continuously create fun interactive events for the kids throughout the year. My son has been going here since he's 2 years old. The teachers not only teach him academically, but also very good and necessary social skills; makes my job easier at home raising him. We love and appreciate this school so much!
