Our heat pump is down and we had a period of Cold weather moving in that night...The guys have a normal route schedule or at least for my area. It was still a couple days off before they normally would be in my area but they went out of their way to make sure my family did not have to go without heat.. Thankful and impressed by their customer service. It actually goes beyond customer service..I prepaid and they didn't have to
deliver for a couple more days.... basically. ..it boils down to people helping people..
The only reason I use propane and buy propane appliances and am loyal to this company is that my parents along with my aunt work there. When they retire I will be getting propane elsewhere and I have five gas burning appliances in my house, this price per gallon and pricing system is insane. I have spent over $2000 this year with this company and can't get a better price per gallon, plus all the delivery fees if the gas isn't high enough itself. If something doesn't change with pricing when my family members retire I will be switching elsewhere as I have already called around and the two other companies have gave my much better price quotes, I would not recommend heritage to someone at this time until they can get greed and price gouging under control.
