Anything you want, or need to do, you can do at the Y . I used to walk the pool in the morning, nowadays I visit the gym when I can . The Y has been very good to me.I recommend it to friends and family all the time..
What works best for me because I'm semi-disabled or the Cherry yoga classes. I also take advantage of some of the easier exercise equipment in the wellness room.
I attend Enhanced Fitness 3 times a week And Chair Yoga twice a week Both programs are great to meet my goals They are well structured and the instructors are very knowledgeable And patient with all of us My husband works out in the gym while I attend my classes
