I've been with Hi-Grade for many years and have always been impressed with their service and professionalism. My job requires me to travel out of state and the US and I tend to forget to check my propane level. So, sometimes I'm in crisis mode because I'll find I'm extremely low. Hi-Grade has never allowed me to run completely out and I'm very grateful for their efforts. Pricing has also been very competitive, I can't see reason to go to another supplier.

I scheduled my delivery online through the web site. I had to add some distinct instructions as my gas tank is inside our privacy fence. I asked for some idea as to when the delivery would be made. The driver called and let when he was one the way so that I would be ready. I had to not only let him in the gate, but I also have several dogs. Everything went well. I liked the idea of knowing when there will be a delivery, even if I didn't have the fence. Thanks for all your effort.
