Hillary Ward is the best! I am a first-time home buyer and she took the time to answer all my questions and that I understood every step of the process. I used one of her recommended lenders and inspectors and they were both phenomenal too. She won't try to hurry you along to make the sale- she works to ensure that you're finding the right home and that you're happy with your choices. Taking this giant step in my life was so much easier with her support!

Everything. She's on top of every detail, and she was in constant communication with me. There wasn't one detail she missed. I live in Texas and was selling my parent's house in Michigan, and quite frankly, I would have never gotten through this without Hillary. The house went on the market on May 15th, and we closed 45 days later without a hitch. Selling a house out of state is a little stressful, but I never once doubted she had everything under control. Her knowledge of the real estate business is impeccable, and she gave excellent advice on what I should do in several instances. I highly recommend Hillary Ward if you're buying or selling a house. Thank you Hillary for everything you did to help me through this process.

Hillary was professional and knowledgeable throughout every step of the homebuying process. This was my first home purchase, and Hillary ensured I felt informed throughout the process. At the beginning of the search, she invited me to a meeting at her office where she thoroughly went through paperwork in an informational packet. She was readily available for text conversations or phone calls. You can tell that she is not only very experienced, but also very passionate about providing quality service to her clients. If I had to recommend a realtor, I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Hillary is an amazing agent!! After just a brief call to discuss what we were looking for, she put together detailed list of houses sold, for sale, price history/trends by neighborhood, showed us many houses & areas in the AA area. She was always responsive to any questions we had, provided tons of insight into the history of the city, and made the entire process thoroughly enjoyable!! I couldn't say enough good things about Hillary and would totally recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the Ann Arbor area!!
