There are many classes that appeal to adults and kids on many physical levels. Not only are classes important for fitness, they provide opportunities to socialize.
Shout out to Darius for his friendly greetings.
Eclectic classes offered; knowledgeable and friendly staff; workshops and programs about current events that are informative and instructive; an atmosphere of camaraderie and acceptance of people with diverse backgrounds.
There is something for everyone at the Y! Whether you’re just getting started in your exercise routine or have done it for decades you can find a class that fits your level of experience. Everyone who works there is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I love that there’s opportunities to use the gym and get various exercise sessions everyday. I love the pool and I am so glad that there are open swim time multiple times a week that meet my schedule needs. Shout out to the front desk staff for their friendly and helpful demeanors. They brighten my mood every time I am in.
You are the only one that has an arthritis water exercise class.
I'd have to sign up on a list almost 1 month ahead to be able to go to the Willoughby class.
That's too much work. I cannot always schedule classes. I have fibromyalgia and I need to be flexible.
Sometimes I cannot make it, but I think your class works the best for me. Plus I live in Mayfield Heights close by.
I haven't tried other activities, but maybe someday I can.
