Even though it’s a large community, it feels small because of the relationships formed. I appreciate the way they utilize the Ymca app to schedule classes. I also appreciate the way the workers keep everything clean. They are great group X classes. One small area of improvement is to give them more funding for general upkeep like the parking lot and leaky ceiling tiles.

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The areas I frequent are always neat and clean. The exercise photos are helpful for exercising and using the equipment correctly.

There is no music played in the work out area. Most clients are respectful and do not sit on the work out machines and scroll on their phones. Children are cared for by parents or staff. They do not run around unattended. Would like a physical therapy table or similar for clients who need to do rehab exercises and cannot easily move to the floor to do them.

All the amenities that the gym has. You can work out. Take your family to the pool on the weekend or even go shoot some hoops with local community members

Hilliard YMCA’s staff are friendly and helpful. The staff help us start our day off right. My wife and I enjoy playing pickleball two or three times a week. The facilities are maintained well.

Great people work and go to the Y. Have made a wonderful group of friends that we met at the Y. Love the silver sneakers classes! Lori is wonderful- kind and caring and a great instructor.Theynew machines are nice. Now the parking lot needs a good bit of attention and more than a coating. The holes are everywhere and a nuisance. Dead and dying trees in the islands in the lot need removed. I would also suggest more handicap spots in the first row of the parking lot.
