As always, I was greeted promptly by friendly and knowledgeable folks who went above and beyond to service my bike. It was ready for pick up only a few hours later. I shopped around some of the new bikes as well and they knew all the specs and performance info about everyone I looked at. What a great place!

We are always helped quickly by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. My son is autistic and has tons of questions. They are very patient and helpful. I appreciate that they also service their products so I don't have to ship his electric bike to another city for repairs (which I have had to do in the past). Highly recommend!
